I actually clicked on an "auto-dubbed" youtube video today

All cylinders of my excitement are firing. What in the world am I looking at?

I'm familiar with the original content and,

there is an english auto-dub over the top of the video,
which i can change into russian,

and that's all the information I have.

There is a team translating it, does that mean they transcribe the english, have a translator change it to russian, and add the russian (or both?) onto the video? The russian must have been crafted and put into the video, does it read out the text you put in? does it translate from english text into russian voice?

The english is slightly off, is that because they put in the russian first and there's a general rule of english-first on youtube and its an english speaking place where russian speakers also go?

I can't read any ofthe comments.

I'm gonna have to investigate.

Henceforth I will be writing a random script for a random video which i will feed into youtube and wil be owned by youtube.
